If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of one of our products, you may return it for a refund.
Because we are a made-to-order business, returns and replacements will only be processed in instances where there are quality defects in terms of the printing or construction of our products.
For a refund / replacement , we ask you to take the following steps:
- Email us with a description of the issue.
- Attach any photo(s) of the issue(s) so we can come together with our production partner to find the best solution for you.
- Let us know if you would like to receive a refund or a product replacement.
