If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of one of our products, you may return it for a refund.

Because we are a made-to-order business, returns and replacements will only be processed in instances where there are quality defects in terms of the printing or construction of our products.

For a refund / replacement , we ask you to take the following steps:

  1. Email us with a description of the issue.
  2. Attach any photo(s) of the issue(s) so we can come together with our production partner to find the best solution for you.
  3. Let us know if you would like to receive a refund or a product replacement.
